Absolutely. Your TfL credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before being stored. We only access your account to download journey history and submit refund claims - nothing else.
At the end of your subscription year, if we haven't found at least £15 worth of refundable delays, we'll refund you the difference. For example, if we only found £8 in refunds, we'd refund you £7.
TfL refunds apply to Tube, DLR, Overground, Elizabeth Line, and National Rail journeys delayed by 15 minutes or more. Claims must be made within 28 days of the journey.
Refunds are credited directly to your contactless card by TfL. We don't handle your money at all - TfL processes the refund back to your original payment method.
We recommend running a check every 2-4 weeks to catch any delays within the 28-day claim window. With unlimited checks included, you can run as many as you like.
